Raclette is a famous swiss dish famous for heating and scraping the melted cheese onto cooked potatoes.
Traditionally it is served with cured meats, pickled onions and cornichons (mini gerkins)  but here at Olive Tree we understand that is not for everyone so we have added a british take on it so more people can enjoy this wonderful hot stone stove and grill.
