A taste of the Mediterranen starting with porchini and mozerella aranchini balls - these when warm as so creamy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. Then we have a garlic, oregano and smoked paprika chickpeas next to a homemade creamy, extra virgin olive oil hummus, chorizo wrapped manchego, seasoned grilled corgette, salami rolls, parma wrapped breadsticks, olives, sunblushed tomotoes, slow grilled red peppers, a rich tomoto sauce, and finally a garlic rubbed ciabatta topped with bruchetta mix and sweet balsamic glaze.
