Appetizers for your dinner party

Something so simple to make for your guest while they wait. This effortless appetizer can go from kitchen to table in just minutes.

Using sliced crusty bread (I personally use sourdough) brush it with garlic. The trick is to rub the cloves against the bread. Take slices of mozzarella, place them on top adding vine ripped cherry tomatoes and olives. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil then season.



That's it! Timeless and easy. if you really want to shake those flavours up and get your guests saying ''mmmmm'' try using a balsamic glaze, again super quick to make or can be shop brought.

And there you have got your self a nice summer delight. Bon appeit!
